Upon dissatisfaction with your purchase, the item may be returned within 30 days of delivery of your order. At our discretion, we may extend the return period during December and January.
Any merchandise returned must be: unused, in original factory packaging, and in new resellable condition. Any used or installed products are non-returnable. All installation, delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns must comply with our return policy with a submission of our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Any cancellations on orders must be requested before delivery of shipment; in special cases, order cancellations must be requested before the manufacturing process. Please be advised that shipping fees are non-refundable on order returns originated from the errors caused by the manufacturer.
The RMA form must be requested and filled out prior to item returns. Detailed instructions on the process of returning items will be written on the form along with a return address provided. Please indicate the particular product(s) being returned and the reason for a return. Please allow up to 24-72 hours for responds. Following your inquiry, you will then receive an email with an attachment of a RMA form.
For faster delivery, order a new item that you want to exchange by calling customer service or ordering online. Next, request for the RMA form by email or calling customer service and indicate the item(s) being returned along with the reasoning. When the item is returned, we will issue a refund punctually. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If an incorrect, defective or damaged item is delivered, please immediately notify our customer service department. Please be advised to not use or install the part because an exchange will be issued promptly. You will be sent a new replacement along with a prepaid return label to return the product.
Any cancellations on orders must be requested before delivery of shipment. Please be advised that it takes time to process order cancellations. Please note it make that time to void purchase orders, eliminate items from backorder records, and personnel to stop shipments. It is advised to wait for a confirmation on the order cancellation before purchasing new replacement orders.

Refunds & Credits
Upon approval of an order return, a refund will be issued by the original payment method used to settle the order. The refundable amount will be settled by the original purchase price minus any shipping costs. An email confirmation receipt on the return and/or exchange will be sent by our customer service team with the details outlined. For credit card purchases, please allow up to 5-7 business days for the credit to be issued on your account.
Please note that any labour or installation charges will not be refunded by Partsengine.ca under any circumstances. Partsengine.ca will not present reimbursement or credit for any damage created during installation or when a product is utilized.
