PartsEngine.ca is looking for a Bookkeeper to join our team!

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Maintains historical records by filing documents.
  • Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
  • Setting up and maintaining financial records using Quickbook software
  • Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books, and maintain general ledgers using a variety of software, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Review and answer correspondence.


  • Must be computer literate, proficient with Quickbook and Microsoft Office
  • Speak, Read and Write English
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, in a multi-tasking environment, including the ability to prioritize workload.
  • Proven ability to work under stressful situations.

Customer Service Representative

We are hiring right now and we are looking for young, forward thinking, customer-oriented service representative to act as a liaison to provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency. Here at Parts Engine you are not accessed by sales targets nor do you have to meet any quotas, all we ask of you is to be obsessed with our customer’s experiences and their lifetime value, to provide our customers with superb customer service and building that connection with each and every customer.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Respond to general servicing inquiries from Parts Engine customers.
  • Answer questions, identify root cause of call and research to resolve customer inquiries upon first contact.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting online payment questions.
  • Handle complaint call types and assist with resolution and/or providing education and information around policies.
  • Exercise problem solving skills and promote card benefits on retention efforts.
  • Update customer and account information as needed.
  • Interact with various departments to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Provide continuous improvement recommendations based on customer feedback, observations and trends.


  • Stupendous communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • English ( Speak & Write Fluently ).
  • Bilingual Assets( French - Premium Pay )
  • A high sense of urgency and multitasking skills.
  • A self- motivated, self- starter, self-assured, selfless attitude.
  • Shift Flexibility.( We are open 7 days a week )
  • High School Degree.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Automotive parts and / or accessories knowledge is a MUST.

Shift Options:

  • 9am – 5pm or 1pm – 9pm ( Premium Pay )
  • Weekend Shifts: Sat & Sun 10am – 6pm ( Premium Pay )
  • Can be a mix of weekdays/weekend shifts
