What you need to know about orders & returns.

  • 1) All orders are processed on the following business day.
  • 2) Tracking Numbers will be available after 24-48 hrs after the order has been processed.
  • 3) Tracking Information will be provided once your order is ready to be shipped.
  • 4) If you haven’t received any tracking information after 72 hrs please don’t hesitate to contact us at 1-877-920-3778 or email us at customerservice@partsengine.ca
  • 5) Pick up & Drop-offs are available at our local warehouse. Please make sure we are notified to ensure that you’re picking up or drop off will be arranged and ready in a timely manner.
  • 1) Should your order arrive with damages, you may refuse shipment. If this occurs, please contact our Customer Care Specialists immediately and we will make arrangements to ship out a replacement product as soon as possible.
  • 2) Should you discover the product is damaged AFTER opening the package, please contact our Customer Care Specialists. We will schedule a pickup and a replacement will be processed as soon as possible. We kindly request customers repackage all items and accessories back into the original box for a pickup by our courier. To ensure you receive your replacement product in a timely fashion, we ask that customers provide images of the damaged box or items.
  • To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please contact our Customer Care Specialists at 1-877-920-3778. Please Note:
  • 1) PartsEngine.Ca will not accept any items that have been USED or INSTALLED
  • 2) Please make sure the product is in its ORIGINAL condition and returned in its ORIGINAL packaging.
  • 3) Ensure the product is returned with all accessories, instructions/paperwork, parts and packaging material that it was sent with.
  • 4) Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund transaction to be completed and an additional 5-7 days for the refund to show up on your statement.

  • Some products, including (but not limited to) custom patterned and custom, painted items, are not returnable. In the case of manufacturer defect or PartsEngine.ca error, these items may be returned for credit. Please review the list of the non-returnable product below:
  • 1) Special orders ( Once you have proceeded with the order it can’t be canceled, exchanged and refunded)
  • 2) Some UnderCover and N-Fab Brand Products have a manufacturers non-return policy, please contact us for further detail.
  • 3) Oversize products requiring LTL / Truck-Load shipping.
  • 4) Custom built/made to order products.
  • 5) Used products.

  • If you find a lower price online, In-store or on-print, we will beat it by 10% off the difference. Please note we only price match authorized Canadian Retailers in Canadian Dollars. We do not accept any auction type sites such as E-Bay, Kijiji or Amazon. The product must be in stock, available for sale, and cannot be a limited time offer or available in limited quantity.

  • Creating an account does provide you with our news letters sent directly to your email. Within the news letters are our upcoming sales, promotions and new products! As well, your information will be saved to easily go through the checkout section and lastly being able to view your order status and purchase history.
  • PartsEngine Canada is a fully Canadian based online retailer based out of Richmond Hill ON. We are solely an online retailer, therefore, we do not have any storefronts or showrooms at this moment. All orders must be placed over the phone with an agent
