We are looking for an automotive enthusiast who understands the difference between a +35 and -12 wheel offset and enjoys helping customers choose the right products to build their ideal vehicle.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers with product and order inquiries by phone and email
• Complete customer inquiries through our ticketing system
• Verify vehicle and product fitment
• Recommend wheels, tires, suspension components, automotive accessories, and off-road upgrades
• Prepare product recommendations and help customers complete their purchases
• Suggest suitable alternatives based on customers’ vehicles, preferences, and budgets
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding product availability and order updates
• Support the Operations team with product information and case resolution
• Develop creative solutions for complex customer inquiries
• Identify concerns and escalate issues appropriately

What You Bring

• Solid knowledge of wheel and tire fitment, suspension components, and automotive accessories
• Familiarity with off-road and overlanding equipment, including lighting, racks, and recovery gear
• Experience in automotive sales, service advising, parts, or aftermarket retail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine passion for cars, trucks, powersports, and automotive customization
