Return or Exchange
We stand behind the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you change your mind, most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, or within 31-90 days for store credit, provided they meet our return requirements (restrictions apply).
To start a return, simply submit the request through the Online Return Form or through a ticket on our website.
Restrictions
- Used, installed (attempted or otherwise), or altered products are non-returnable
- Products missing original packaging, components, or paperwork are non-returnable
- Special Order products are non-returnable or may be subject to restock fees
- Mount and Balance Orders are non-returnable
- Products of chemical compositions (detailing liquids, lubricants, etc.) are non-returnable
- Electronics are non-returnable
- Discontinued or final sale products are non-returnable
- Products discontinued since the time of purchase may be eligible for store credit only
- Some UnderCover brand tonneau covers are non-returnable
- Rough Country products are non-returnable after 30 days from delivery or pick up
- Drillable wheels, and Braelin, Armed Off-Road, Armed Street, Armed Syndicate wheels are non-returnable
In the event that a non-returnable item is reported as faulty or defective within 30 days of receiving, we can offer a return for either a replacement or store credit.
PartsEngine.ca reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy. If refused, customers must provide a prepaid label for the item to be returned to them. Unclaimed refused returns may be disposed of without refund/credit/replacement.
Return and Restock Fee
Return fees or freight charges may apply.
Restocking charges may apply for the return of certain products, such as:
- Yakima - 15% restocking fee
- DK2 - 15% restocking fee
- Magnaflow - 20% restocking fee
- Thule - 20% restocking fee
- Vision Wheels - 20% restocking fee
- Weigh Safe - 20% restocking fee
- Fiberglass Caps - 50% restocking fee
- LTL/Freight (over 150 lbs or large items) - 15%-30% restocking fee
Return Processing
All return or warranty requests require prior authorization and must follow the provided instructions before products are returned. Approved returns must have the assigned return merchandise authorization (RMA) number noted on the returning product. This is valid for 30 days. Unauthorized returns or returns without an RMA may be refused or subject to fees.
Return Shipping Label
Customers may ship returns using their own carrier or request a PartsEngine.ca label for a fee. Fees are waived if the return is the result of our error.
Before shipping, customers should photograph the product and packaging to document its condition. All returns are inspected before refunds or exchanges are processed.
A provided return label is tied to a specific product and its assigned RMA number and must be clearly affixed to the correct package. Do not combine multiple products in one shipment unless instructed, as this may result in incorrect compensation or refusal of the return.
