Customers may file the warranty claim with the manufacturer directly, or through our Customer Service Team. If PartsEngine.ca files the claim, additional processing time may be required. Details and instructions for the procedure will be provided by email. Replacement costs or shipping charges may apply depending on the manufacturer�s policy.
Tire warranty claims submitted through PartsEngine.ca require the customer to repurchase the same product through our website before the claim can be processed.
