When activated by water, the product forms a strong, permanent bond that hardens like steel in 15 minutes. All you have to do is wet, apply and let it dry and in 15 minutes it hardens like steel! Cure and Set Time: Once the product is dipped in water for 5-7 seconds, you will have between 5-10 minutes to work with the product and then it will fully cure in 15 minutes!
