We stand behind the quality of our products and can return a product within 90 - days from the date of purchase (exceptions apply, see below). Any returns submitted after 30 - days from the shipping date will only be eligible for store credits.

Returns eligible for a return will be refunded or credited as store credit, once the product has been received by the warehouse and inspected to meet the requirements.


  • Items which are used, installed or altered by the user are non-returnable
  • Items missing original packaging/components/paperwork are non-returnable
  • Items discontinued or on final sale are non-returnable
  • Items sourced on “Special Order” are non-returnable or may be subjected to restocking fees
  • Products which have been discontinued since time of purchase may be eligible for store credit only
  • Ready to go Packages (Pre-Assembled Wheels and Tires) are non-returnable
  • Products that contain chemical compositions (detailing liquids, lubricants, etc.) are non-returnable
  • Some UnderCover brand tonneau covers are non-returnable
  • Additional Shipping Charge(s) or Special Order Fees for initially processing/shipping the order will not be refunded for products that are accepted for a return

Should you wish to open a return, please submit a return using the Online Return Form.

Please be advised that return freight charges will apply.

Prior to shipping the returning products, we strongly advise you to inspect the package and take photos for your records to document the original condition of the product, in order to avoid potential complications with inspection. All returns will be inspected by our warehouse team before a refund or exchange can be processed.

Return Shipping Label

Once a return case has been approved, you may use a carrier of your preference to ship back the returning item at your own discretion or request a prepaid discounted shipping label(s) from us. Should you wish to use our carrier to return a purchase, a label will be created and sent to your email.

If the return is the result of our error, we will cover the cost of the label. If the return is not a result of our error, we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.

Each return label(s) we provide is linked to a specific returning product/shipment and return authorization code, please ensure that it is clearly attached to the packaging of shipment submitted for return.

Please refrain from returning multiple items in one shipment unless otherwise instructed, or you may not receive the correct compensation.

Damaged Upon Arrival

To guarantee a quick resolution please thoroughly inspect your package upon arrival and report any damages or defects immediately. Any damaged products reported after 24 hours of the delivery date may not guarantee a replacement. Please ensure to keep all the packaging and accessories and do not attempt to use or install the product, otherwise the claim will be denied. All claims must be accompanied by pictures of the external damages to the package, a close up of the damages on the product, and a picture of the product inside of its packaging.

Please be advised that any shipping or product damage claims made beyond 48 hours (24 hours for LTL/Freight) will not be accepted.

Shipping Errors

If you have received an incorrect product from what was ordered, please reach out to our Customer Service Team immediately to have the product exchanged for the correct one. The product must be in brand new condition with the original packaging.

Fitment Issues

If you experience any fitment issues, we will gladly exchange the product for you as long as it is in resellable condition (freight charges may apply).

We urge you to conduct a dry fit test prior to proceeding with the installation, as altered products will be considered used and ineligible for return.

If you have a fitment issue and the product has been used, we strongly suggest reaching out to the manufacturer’s technical support to troubleshoot the issue.

Missing Parts/Components

Upon your receiving and inspecting the product if there are missing components, please do not attempt installation. To ensure the completion of your order, please reach out to our Returns Department to assist with either sourcing the missing part or in some cases processing an exchange.


Each product we sell is adherent to different warranty policies stipulated by the manufacturer. Should you experience a warranty issue with your product during use, please contact our Returns Department to request for more information on manufacturer warranty claim procedures.

Please be advised that shipping charges and/or replacement price difference may apply depending on the manufacturer.

Parts Engine, will not compensate or cover any duties, shipping fees or installation fees incurred for warranty claims.
